ANG3 finish 4th in Division 2 and will therefore play in the 2/3 Division playoffs with the top 2 teams of Division 3.

Attached are the full results from last week. ANG3 play their last match, before starting the playoffs, vs Com3 on Monday. Despite being down to 3 players again, let’s hope they can finish off with a win. Next week sees ANG1 and ANG2 playing EIB1 and 2 respectively. Proposed teams will be posted soon.

Ettelbruck New Year Tournament
Hi,
As you may have seen, Ettelbruck had organised a tournament this weekend – a good way to get rid of all that xs turkey and booze from the last 10 days! In the mixed C/D category (16 players in all), the Angels were present with 4 players…Danny, Eric G, Keith and myself. On Friday night we played the first 2 rounds and it was here that Danny and Eric unfortunately went out. Keith and I managed to battle our way to the final on Saturday afternoon. The result was a resounding 3-0 for Keith (no mercy shown here..even to the club secretary!!). So, congratulations to our champion Keith…drinks all round at TopSquash on Monday!!??

Hi,
Here are the detailed results from the final matches of 2003. Things picked up a bit with the 1st team winning
and the 2nds losing by just 4 points! Unfortunately the 3rd team suffered again due to the lack of available
players. Anyway, we had a good meal and a few beers afterwards so we went home with a smile!!
Next matches are on Jan 7th so we have a few weeks to look after all those knocks and bruises in order to
start 2004 in fighting form!
