We will continue with our normal training schedule next Monday, however this week we will be changing the format of the training sessions.
As well as the normal ‘Squash’ training exercises we will be adding some fitness training as well. So far it has been decided to do 40 mins of fitness training and 40 mins of Squash exercises. The exact details will be decided on the night.
We will try and start around 6.40pm.
